At Dr. Denim, we want you to love your fit; if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy shipping box, ensuring the return form is included inside.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it securely to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
